Rural location - situated in 100 acres of countryside with rolling valleys, woodland and streams. The Granary has a view to the Chateau on the opposite far hillside. The Granary is perfect for amazing sunsets. With a large private terrace, plenty of outdoor seating exclusively for the Granary, plus table, chairs and parasol.

Things to do: Local markets, chateaux visits, caves, market towns, quaint famous villages, velorail, voie verte (off road old railway line), canoeing, lake beach, gold panning (book at Jumilhac le Grand tourist office) rock climbing also.
Very popular region for road cycling - plenty of Strava segments to go at. Off road tracks and trails, marked footpaths.
The Granary shares the heated pool with the adjacent Cottage (they have their own private terrace).
You can rent both properties for groups of up to 9 people if you wish.

Property to be left clean and tidy on departure. A cleaner can be supplied if you wish.
Fully central heated for winter lets - winter heating charge.
No pets allowed.
Inclusive of electricity, gas, heating and bed linen and house towels.
Winter lets may incur a heating charge. (it is fully central heated with underflooring heating upstairs)
Saturday to Saturday bookings arriving at 5pm and departing by 10.am.
A deposit of 30% will confirm your booking along with receipt of the booking form.
The remaining balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday.
A breakage deposit of 500€ required, this is payable at the time of the remaining balance.

Taxe de sejour payable in July and August, to pay cash on arrival for all guests over 18 years (we are obliged to collect this tourist tax on behalf of the Tourist Board)
