Holiday home rental with lovely private pool near Sarlat, the Aquitaine region of France. The property is secluded and child-safe as there is no through access for other vehicles. The house boasts beautiful scenic views and comfortably accommodates 6/8 guests in 3 bedrooms. The ground floor comprises a large well-equipped kitchen which is full of character, and a bright living area with open fireplace and cobbled floor. Guests will enjoy use of SAT TV, DVD player, WIFI, a shower room and separate WC. The first floor comprises 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 twin bedroom and 1 twin room with bunk beds. There is an additional bath / shower room and W.C.
The extensive garden boasts a large private courtyard with original stone bread oven. The 10m x 5m pool has a large terraced area, and a there is also a 'summer kitchen' with fridge. For additional guests wishing to stay, there is a double bed settee downstairs and if needed, a baby cot can be provided at no extra charge. Ample parking available.

Special Rental Conditions
Changeover day is Saturday, guests are asked to leave before 10am and to arrive after 5pm. (Though we will try to accommodate variations if at all possible outside peak periods).
Deposit of 25% to confirm booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday.
Returnable breakage deposit of £175. (Payment by cheque on arrival which will be returned to you).
Internet Access €10.
End of let cleaning no charge for 2 week lets £60.00 sup. for 1 week lets.
