Set in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this character cottage is set in the heart of the charming village of Surzur just 10 minutes from the beaches and 150 meters from the local shops, restaurant, bars and supermarket.

Inside you will find a lovingly restored, traditional Breton cottage. There is a spacious and comfortable living area with TV & DVD/video player and a wood burning stove to ensure you can keep warm during the winter months. There is also a hube selection of videos, toys, books and games for both the adults and the kids.

The kitchen and utility area has been recently re-fitted and is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer, there is also a good selection of utensils and kitchen gadgets for you to use during your stay.

Sleeping up to 8 guests, there are 2 double bedded rooms, one of which has an en suite toilet and hand basin, 3 single beds can be found in the 3rd bedroom with a large single in the fourth. A large double head shower room can be found downstairs complete with a toilet and hand basin.

There is a spacious 25' conservatory just off the kitchen which can be used as a dining and seating area. With glass on all sides the conservatory can open up onto the courtyard where you will find a selection of patio furniture and a Webber BBQ for you to enjoy during your stay.

Unfortunately there is no garage on site but the cottage is set in a cul-de-sac so parking at the front of the property is very safe.

The cottage is non smoking throughout but we do welcome pets. Children are welcome and It has be well equipped throughout for baby and toddlers. A great property suitable for family and guests, single couples, or groups of couples.

The village of Surzur is just 10 minutes from the safe, sandy beaches of Morbihan, and within easy access of a golf course and many local tourist attractions. The resort town of Quiberon is just 30 minutes away which has some fantastic beaches with a number of water sports available for you to enjoy.

New to the village is a fantastic new Aqua Park. Aquagolfe is a new swimming complex with two indoor pools and Jacuzzi for fun all year round, during the summer months there is an outdoor pool with water slides and rapids.
The cottage is 15 minutes from the ancient historic walled city of Vannes, a town full of historic charm an interest with a number of vibrant restaurants and traditional Bretagne shops. The Breton village of Rochefort-en-Terre will offer you a more relaxing day out as you take a step back in time enjoying the beautiful gardens, flowers, antiques shops and fantastic traditional French cuisine.
