The market of Wimereux is held on Tuesday and Friday morning in the square near the town hall and the church, in July and August it takes place in the street behind the botanical garden.
You can enjoy beautiful walks, there is a particularly nice where you go in the dunes slaack (between Wimereux and Ambleteuse)
5 km away is Boulogne sur mer with its large port where you can buy freshly caught fish,
You can also visit nausica (the large aquarium), which is popular with children and adults alike, or for a walk in the old town.
About 15-20 minutes away, are Cap gris nez and Cap blanc nez, which are wonderful to experience as well as more lovely landscapes.
