Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has one super-king size bed and a juliet balcony overlooking the terrace. It shares a shower room and WC with the second bedroom, which has two double beds.

Downstairs, the third bedroom contains a double bed with its own bathroom and WC.

All linen and bathroom towels are provided. Hairdryers and an iron are available for use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your self-catering holiday: modern appliances, including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas hob and electric oven, are all provided together with kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The washing machine is located in the basement and there is plenty of space for drying under a covered terrace.

In the lounge you will find a log fire, bookcase, Sky TV and comfortable sofa and armchair seating. A further sofa bed is available in the conservatory.

The conservatory dining table seats six comfortably and the sliding doors open out onto the terrace - great for BBQs! A small table and chairs is also provided for children's use.

The house is suitable for children of all ages. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate can be provided on request and a selection of beach and rainy day games for the family are available. Guests are asked to provide their own linen for the travel cot.

The private, 3000 sq. metre, secure garden is great for summer games and relaxing. Swings are provided for the children and there's an outside table, chairs and parasol for BBQs on the large terrace.

The driveway is gated, so children can run around freely without worrying about the country road nearby.

Cleaners will go in before and after your stay - all we ask is that you treat our house with the same care you would treat your family home.
