3 rooms comprising 2 childrens´rooms with a separate WC and 1 parental room with an independent sink and WC.
The living space is very nice and spacious with a TV and sofa bed. The dining area has an extending table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hood, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster, fridge / freezer microwave.

The campsite is located in the natural park of Landes de Gascogne, in a pine forest with a small marina, and it has direct access to the beach of Lake Biscarosse, ideal for children, because it is shallow for a hundred meters.
It is 1 hour from Arcachon and Cap Ferret, 1 hour from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Biscarosse, 20 minutes from Mimizan beach, on the silver coast and 1 hour 30 from the Spanish border.

Deposit Amount payable at booking: 30% of the rent
For any booking a payment of 30% is requested, then the balance 1 month before the arrival in the mobile home. A check of deposit of 800 € will be given at the handing over of the keys.
80 € cleaning charge for the household if not done.
