This lovely gite situated in Saint James is 20 km from Mont Saint Michel, in a small village that is very quiet, 5 minutes from the city. The gite sleeps up to 8 guests.
Saint James is famous for the sweaters 'St James knitwear' and the American cemetary which is 5 minutes away.
Also located 5 minutes from the A84, 60km from Rennes and Saint Malo, 30 minutes from the beach, this beautiful cottage has been completely renovated and comprises:
On the ground floor: a fitted kitchen, a beautiful living room, toilet and washing machine
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and Wc. The property can accommodate children of all ages.
Baby equipment is available (changing table, bath, high chair, umbrella bed with turbulette and some toys). There is also storage to store bicycles and other equipment.
Included in the price: sheets for baby bed, shower mat, cleaning products (except laundry, detergent and dishwashing product, pillowcase with pillowcase cover) pillow, mattress protector, quilt
