Hollyhocks - Holiday Gite to Rent with Large Pool in Charente-Maritime, Potiou-Charentes

1. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, commencing at 4 pm,finishing at lOam.

2. DEPOSIT: A completed and signed booking form accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the rental must be returned within 10 days of the agreed provisional booking being made to confirm the booking. If the booking is made within B weeks of the start date of the rental thenfull payment is required immediately.

3. BALANCE: The balance of the rental cost must be received at least B weeks before the start date of the rental, unless we have received written confirmation of cancellation from you.

4. CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel your booking once a deposit or full payment has been made, we will require a letter from you, signed by the person who originally signed the booking form. In the event of such a cancellation the following charges will apply:

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT: (breakage/damage/cleaning) This is payable at the time of the settlement of the balance (separate cheque). The amount is £100 per Glte which will be refunded infull by post within the first week after your holiday if everything proves to be clean andfree of damage after your departure.

6. The rental includes normal amounts of electricity, gas and water. We reserve the right to make additional charges if consumption exceeds 50KWH or 5000 litres per week.

7. 1 pillow per person and throw over duvets are provided but the rental does not include bed linen, towels, tea towels or cleaning.

8. The maximum number of people to reside in the property must not exceed: Gite 1 = 10 + baby Unless the owner has given written permission.

9. The client is recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc, since these are not covered by the Owners insurance.
