We have had a wonderful time away thank you! The villa was absolutely fantastic and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa was clean and had everything we needed and more. The private pool was lovely.

The villa was very well appointed, a lovely size and the private pool really made the holiday. The location is good, very close to a beautiful sandy beach. The complex was clean and quiet. We didn’t use many of the communal facilities to be able to comment on those. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful and very patient with our attempts at speaking French! Your customer service has been excellent. You have responded quickly to my emails and have communicated everything we needed to know. Overall we have been very happy with our holiday, just disappointed that we didn’t book two weeks!!

Jardins D’Olonne is situated in a quiet area about a five minute car ride from the lovely town and beach of Les Sables D’Olonne. The villa that we hired had its own pool which was not overlooked by any of the other villas. The villa itself offered fantastic accommodation with good quality furnishings and modern kitchen equipment. Booking in was easy, and we were in fact, able to book in early which was a real bonus. Upon arrival all the beds were made and the accommodation was spotless. The people on reception were very helpful and very pleasant. We hope to visit again in the future.

Our feedback overall is that the Jardins d’Olonne is a very pleasant resort. What is particularly impressive is that there are many villas on the park, but everything is so well screened by the trees and plants, that you feel a good level of privacy, which is great. The staff on resort are extremely helpful and polite and I was amazed to find out that they have staff in reception all night long through the high season! Villa Sophora itself is a well placed behind reception, so its easy to get to all the facilities. The pool was a pleasant surprise, as we weren’t expecting it to be quite such a good size. And the villa itself was very well equipped and the showers themselves are powerful which makes a big difference. Now onto the slightly less positive feedback! The mattresses in all the rooms are not good quality and really not comfortable, which is a shame, as nobody managed to get a great night’s sleep. The wardrobe space is extremely limited, which although this is only a holiday villa, is slightly disappointing, especially if you’re staying for two weeks. What’s also slightly disappointing is that in the sofa/armchair space, there are only 6 seating spaces, when the villa sleeps 8! Not the end of the world, but its just the little things that help. The decking in the back garden does really need to be treated, as its looking very tired and it also needs to be fixed, as there were a number of broken planks which are actually quite dangerous for children. Finally, the wifi across the resort is very poor and although I appreciate there are many villas who access it, some investment in a better system would not be expensive and would make a difference. All that said, we had a relaxing time and would recommend the villa and hope to come back again soon. Alex.

We had a lovely time at the Jardins d’Olonne complex. The house was perfect, well maintained and well equipped, and the pool was also lovely. The staff were very efficient and extremely helpful and charming. We loved the location close to the local shops and beaches, and we went to three different beaches. We also enjoyed going to Les Sables. All in all, it was a lovely holiday- the sun shone, the pool and sea were warm, and we all enjoyed being in France.

We had a lovely stay and thought the parc was perfect. We will definitely consider returning soon. Brian D.

We had a good time at Jardins d’Olonne. The house was very clean, spacious and equipped to high standard. Our plot was particularly nice as it faced south east and was not overlooked.
