The villa was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Plenty of bathrooms. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Moliets is a stunning area and we will return. The only slightly negative feedback is kitchen area is too small, nowhere to store food as most cupboards locked. No work surface space to prepare food. We didn’t always eat out so this did make staying into eat more challenging when catering for 7. Plus, not enough drinking tall glasses. There’s hundreds of wine glasses but not enough drinking glasses. Also, I assume many people staying may have young kids so worth getting some plastic cups too (type you get in IKEA prefect). All in all, a high end, top class resort and we would defiantly return.

We had a wonderful week in La Clairiere aux Chevreuils. Whilst there were a couple of minor niggles (planks loose on the walk way, neither the dryer or microwave rotating) we reported these to the staff who were most helpful. The pool and setting were glorious and put to good use. The location was great and we were happy to walk across the golf course to the beach and restaurants. We managed to get the electric wheelchair over the threshold. The put-up bed was as you warned was a bit of a squeeze but the kids were fine with it.
I think your service was excellent you were friendly, efficient and responsive. The information packs were useful. My only suggestion is that some holiday websites go as far as providing accessibility statements with details of depth of steps, widths of doors, downstairs bedrooms and facilities, walk in showers etc. Whilst disabled people’s needs can be very different it’s helpful to know to be able to assess how suitable a place is.

Many thanks for assisting our family to have such a lovely holiday. On Select Villa’s, we have been extremely impressed at your excellent communications and for your detailed instructions. Thanks to your company, we had a relaxing break and uncomplicated holiday. I would say the only thing which could possibly be improved would be to be able to pay you using an online portal, rather than having to transfer the money from a bank account. This is a minor detail but I suggest that if you continue your excellent work, your business will grow and therefore being able to manage the payment will be easier as you scale up. This is however a very minor detail. We will certainly be using you again next year as we plan to visit that area of France again.
