superb chalet with a view of the Aravis mountain range
we had a very pleasant stay in this perfectly equipped chalet.

The chalet is ideally located on the heights of Grand Bornand with the possibility of walking to the heart of the village. He offered us a superb view of the Aravis range.

Ian is very responsive and very welcoming in the exchanges by message.

I recommend this host and will be delighted to return to his family chalet for a future stay.

Very good stay! Comfortable and well located chalet
We had a great time in Ian's chalet, very cozy and comfortable, sheltered from the road and therefore very quiet.

We were 2 families with young children, the space offered by the chalet made us feel very comfortable there. Despite the capricious weather, we were able to take several walks, some of which started from the house, moreover it is also very easy to get to the village on foot (with a nice view of the village on the way down).

A chalet as described: nothing is missing in terms of equipment, we were able to benefit from a baby bed and a high chair in excellent condition. Contact with the owner is efficient and cordial.

The view of the Aravis range is magnificent when the weather is nice. Despite the closure of the ski lifts ... and the very rainy weather, the whole family was still able to take long walks or snowshoes. The village is actually 10 minutes walk (descent), a little more tiring on the way up ... A farm located above the chalet offers good cheeses to taste.

We will come back with great pleasure

Chalet that deserves a refresh!
Chalet well placed in a quiet area. However, the interior needs to be renovated: the doors of the 3 bedrooms do not close, because they are deformed and rub against the ground, so noisy! floors damaged floors, no toilet on the floor of the 3 bedrooms. the 4th bedroom is in the basement with bunk beds and obsolete sofa bed, household appliances (microwave, fridge) in poor condition and noisy. What makes a high quality / price ratio for the general condition of the chalet. Owner absent but responsive in case of problem. Friendly welcome.
