Fantastic 4 bedroom apartment in Chalet Lucie, Morzine, in the Haute Savoie region, Rhone-Alpes
Chalet Lucie is a lovely chalet completed in 2008 to a high standard and is situated on the edge of Morzine, the well known ski resort in the Portes du Soleil ski region.
This duplex apartment on the top two floors is privately owned by Peter and Sue Trend who spend a considerable time there each year. There are two other private apartments underneath this one. The apartment sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 separate ensuite bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 3 with twin beds), all with balconies. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. There are also two fold-up beds to increase capacity to ten (perhaps more suitable for teenagers/children) plus babies' cots, high chairs and a baby buggy available for use if required.
It is perfectly suited for families and small groups and is just 25 minutes walk from the centre of the village, and only 200 metres from the ski bus stop, a free bus service runs all day every half hour making access to the ski lifts very convenient. This fantastic holiday home has access to the excellent bars and restaurants of Morzine, and of course the great ski area of Morzine, Les Gets and the Portes du Soleil, yet is set in a peaceful location. Our guests can enjoy breathtaking mountain views from one of the balconies, or simply choose to relax in front of the fire in the centre of the open plan living/dining area. The interior provides a very stylish yet comfortable atmosphere, combining modern luxuries with traditional Savoyarde charm, perfect for socializing after an energetic day in the mountains. The summer is an ideal time to enjoy the beauty of the area; walking, mountain biking, road cycling, golf, horse riding, swimming, white water rafting or just relaxing in the garden.

Special Rental Conditions
The balance is to be paid eight weeks before the start date of the booking; if booking within eight weeks of the start, the total fee is payable.
We require a £300 security deposit to be paid with the final balance of your holiday. This is refunded in the week after the stay subject to any extra cleaning required or breakages that occur.
The price quoted includes bed linen and towels; please note cot linen is not provided.
The price does not include the French stay tax "taxe de sejours". This tax will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the holiday. The tax for 2025 is 2.60 euros per day per adult over 18 years.
