It is ideally situated in the centre of the famous Morzine ski resort close to all amenities, shops, bars, and restaurants and only 100 m from the ski slopes. This superb property makes the ideal accommodation for groups of friends or large families looking for a break in this beautiful region of France, the Rhone-Alpes.

The accommodation of the chalet comprises of 5 double bedrooms. 4 single beds. 2 bathrooms, 2 x Shower room. 2 x WC, a well equipped Kitchen with Oven, Freezer and Microwave. The lounge has entertainment in the form of TV. Cable/Dish and Internet access. There is a dining area with seating for 8 guests.

Ideally situated in the centre of Morzine only 60 kilometres from Genèva, 70 kilometres from Chamonix and just 30 kilometres from Thonon les bains. This region of France boasts a perfect natural landscape for a number of outdoor activities including Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Rock climbing Golf, Tennis and there is even an Adventure park, making it the ideal location for guests whatever season you decide to visit.

Special Rental Conditions

The rental property is fully equipped and furnished as is let with the following furnishings:

Bed and bath linen is included in the price.

A secure garage for 3 cars is included. A ski room is available

The tenant received apartment 3 keys for the duration of the rental period.

In the basement we have a private garage for 3 vehicles.

A deposit of 500 Euros is required so that the apartment is left in the state you found it when you arrived.
A lump sum of 250 euros is requested in case the end of stay cleaning is not carried out.
Pets are only allowed with our prior agreement.

The tenant agrees to pay a tourist tax of 1.50 Euros per person over the age of 16 and per day. (Check to be made out to the order of the Public Treasury or revenue manager or by transfer to the account of the tax revenue manager)

Rental period, Arrival and Departure:

When you arrive, you will be able to use the apartment from 2 p.m. and when you leave, it must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest in order to allow maintenance.

The tenant received apartment 3 keys for the duration of the rental period.

The checkout time on the day of departure is at 10 o’clock.
