4 bedroom spacious holiday home with private 5m x 8m pool, set in the beautiful Dordogne Valley in a small picturesque village called Le Roc, South West France. The area is lovely for walks and the river is very closeby.

The house stands in 2000 square meters of private garden surrounded by walnut groves. The pool is for exclusive use for guests and there are plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture for relaxing. 
From the large comfortable lounge/ dining room you can stroll out onto the sun terrace for you to enjoy alfresco dining with barbeque area overlooking the pool, garden and walnut grove. There is also a terrace at the front of the house with sitting area.

The property comprises 4 large bedrooms with 1 main family bathroom, one ensuite and a downstairs cloakroom with toilet.
Very well equipped newly installed kitchen with separate utility room with automatic washing machine and dish washer.

For entertainment, the house boasts Sky freeview so you can access a variety of UK TV channels as well as a DVD player.

The house is situated in the small village of Le- Roc in the Dordogne valley, which is 6 km's from the medieval town of Souillac, with supermarkets, shops. bars and restaurants.
It is just 5 mins walk to reach the Dordogne river where you are able to swim, canoe or just relax. There are many lovely walks to be enjoyed nearby. Le-Roc is also on the main cycle route and you are able to hire bikes from Souillac. You can also book a paragliding course from our local bar.
