We offer you a stay in a fully equipped villa located less than 2 km from the beach.
This property provides a view directly onto the sea and with a magnificent sunset on the Sanguinaires Islands, at the end of the day.
Located in a private residence, the villa offers an isolated and peaceful setting.
It is the ideal retreat to spend a good holiday in peace and close to the sea!
Our villa is located in a private residence by the sea and overlooks a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, combining both the reliefs that the Corsican mountain ranges can offer, the city centre of Porticcio.
The villa has an area of 110m2 as well as >60 m2, combining its two terraces.
The Accommodation facilities:
* Upstairs, A fitted kitchen,
* A living room with a view of the sea and a 35 m2 terrace
* On the half-floor, a large bedroom of around 30 m2 with a 160x200 bed and a single bed , dressing room and water point and separate toilets with also a water point. This has direct access to a mini terrace on the street.
* Downstairs, a master suite with a private bathroom (bath), a 140x190 bed and a dressing room
* A second bedroom with a 140x190 bed and dressing room, with an adjoining bathroom with toilets (shower, point water and wc)
The two bedrooms have direct access to the lower terrace and the sloping flower garden.
The entire accommodation is accessible to travelers, except the cellar which is not fitted out.
Unfortunately, given the 3 mandatory steps to access the accommodation and the stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
In addition, the accommodation accepts animals subject to an additional charge of €50 per animal.
Other remarks:
A beach little known to tourists is accessible 3min walk from the residence.
The city centre and the activities it offers (supermarkets, beaches, nautical activities, tobacco, souvenir shops, banks, doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, cultural center, hairdressing salons, tourist office, traders, restaurants, bars, box of night, etc.) are within walking distance.
In addition, access by sea shuttle is possible to go to Ajaccio without taking the car and it is also the starting point for many excursions (Porto-Piana, Bonifacio, Sanguinaires, Scandola...).
The house is located 15 minutes by car from the airport and 20 minutes from the port of Ajaccio.
