Grandval is a historic stone Maison de Maitre of 12th Century origins situated on the edge of a plateau with stunning views to the valley below and plateau beyond. This extremely spacious family villa is situated in its own very secluded 5 acres, with a variety of trees, lawns and shrubs. The pool is 10m x 5m with Roman steps and is built on the edge of a ridge overlooking the valley below.
The house has an elegant interior. The 36' salon with high beamed ceilings and stone walls has a magnificent bookcase which fills the entire length of one wall. Grandval is 5kms from the village of Montaigu de Quercy.
