The Villa des Agapanthes is the ideal place to spend a holiday with family or friends in an exceptional environment.
The Villa faces due west to enjoy the sunsets over the sea. The house is furnished with functional equipment and we have worked to make the villa very comfortable.
On the ground floor, you can relax on the comfortable south-west terrace with direct access to the 4mx8m heated swimming pool (29° all year round) and the sauna. The kitchen, living room and a suite are on the same level as the terrace and the swimming pool.
Upstairs, 4 suites (private toilet and shower room or bathtub) await you in a refined decoration. A jacuzzi is at your disposal on the terrace of the floor which will allow you to relax in complete privacy, while enjoying a beautiful sea view.

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:
The Tenant may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period initially stipulated in the present contract, except with the agreement of the Owner.
The Owner undertakes not to divulge to any third party any information of any kind whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, that the Tenant may have given to the Owner in the course of the performance of the present contract.
However, these provisions do not apply to requests for information made by the authorities and/or the courts.
PAYMENT:
The reservation will become effective as soon as the tenant has returned a copy of the present contract accompanied by the amount of the deposit, i.e.
30% of the total amount of the stay: cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
The balance of the rental must be paid 30 days before arrival.
For rentals from rbandb, booking and tripvasor websites, please refer to the terms and conditions of these sites.
If the tenant delays his/her arrival, he/she must notify the owner in advance and send the balance of the rent 30 days before the date initially planned.
DEPOSIT:
The security deposit will be returned within a maximum of 15 days of the tenant's departure, after deduction by the owner of any amounts to be paid by the tenant for restoration of the premises, miscellaneous repairs, etc.
