‘The Barn Cottage’ is our most recent conversion. The restoration has been carefully and tastefully carried out to provide modern, comfortable, light, airy and spacious accommodation, whilst at the same time preserving the warmth of the many exposed oak timbers. The Barn Cottage is set to the southern end of the property. Set on two floors, four of the five upstairs bedrooms have full en-suite facilities.

Two staircases ensure individual access to bedrooms 1 & 2 and bedrooms 3 & 4.
Being next to the restaurant, it is also very convenient to eat out.

GROUND FLOOR
Kitchen - A light, airy, fully fitted kitchen with full size gas cooker, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Patio doors to rear securely fenced garden.
Sitting Room - Spacious, very comfortable sitting room with soft furnishings, including double bed settee, satellite TV, stereo music centre with CD player radio LW/MW/FM and tape player. Extra large extendable dining table, dining chairs. Patio doors to terrace and private fenced garden.

UPSTAIRS
Master Bedroom - A generous and imposing family bedroom with king size bed, double hanging wardrobe, chest of drawers, single bed, room for extra bed and cot, adjoining en suite shower/dressing room with washbasin, WC, shower and dressing table.
Bedroom 2 - Can be furnished with either a double bed or twin beds. Separate W.C. and washbasin, shower, chest of drawers, and hanging wardrobe. Lockable double doors to bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 - Can be furnished with either a double bed + single, or 3 single beds. En-suite shower room with W.C. and washbasin, chest of drawers, and hanging wardrobe. Lockable double doors to bedroom 2.
Bedroom 4 - Double bed, en-suite shower room with W.C. and washbasin, chest of drawers, and hanging wardrobe. Links with bedroom 4 to provide family suite.

Wide, safe, sandy beaches are just 40 minutes drive, and whether you choose chic Deauville, neighbouring Trouville, Cabourg or Ouistreham each with stuff for kids to do on the beach, all are closely monitored and supervised for water quality and have trained lifeguards.
