Situated on the River Isle in the heart of the Dordogne lies the picturesque Pont de Fournil and nestling amongst the trees is our smaller bungalow " The Dormouse" which has stunning views of the River and the 3 acre fishing lake.
As well as a Fishing Lake Pont de Fournil is also on the River Isle and has its own private stretch of riverbank, which is an angler’s paradise. There is a row boat, canoe, kayak and a pedlo. Outdoors swimming pool, Tennis court, Table tennis, small children swings and space for ball games.
You can be as laid back or energetic as you like, either lounging round our swimming pool or making full use of our tennis court an ideal place to catch up on your reading, do a spot of fishing, play boules, or even have a go at sketching.
All these facilities are shared with our small private campsite ( Max 10 pitches ). So if you want to get away from it all but don’t wish to be totally secluded this could be perfect for you, as the campsite adds to the warm and friendly ambiance of Pont de Fournil.
