The experience at Domaine de l'Aghja is like no other!
Set on an area of ​​4,500 m2 surrounded by nature, populated with holm oaks and olive trees, lies the Domaine de l'Aghja nestled between sea and maquis at an altitude of 200 metres. 

Corsica is the 'Isle of Beauty' Whether you are visitng it for the first time or not, there is still the desire to return. The estate takes its name from an ancestral agricultural practice, offering splendid panoramic views of the bay of Cupabia including the beach is one of the most beautiful in Corsica. The Aghja was the threshing floor which for centuries was used to thresh wheat for the entire Taravo region and beyond, the Valinco golf course.

The serene atmosphere of the place is accompanied by the scents of Mediterranean plants, the maquis including the endemic Immortelle, listening to the song of the cicadas. The sun shines early in the morning illuminating the pool of natural water gushing from the estate's spring to a depth of 140 metres to run into the sea late in the evening.
The pleasure of being together with your friends or family by the pool, playing a game of pétanque as an aperitif on the bowling green or even a game of table football... or ping-pong... and when night comes, returning to your island of personal life.

THE ACCOMMODATION - For 8 people:
A CASA It is the main house. Built of old stones, it was originally the estate's stable.
U CASEDU The shepherd's house in the maquis, the oldest on the Estate.
IN CABANA View of the maquis.

There is still the old fireplace which allowed the shepherd to cook and keep warm.
Two bunk beds.
Also has a solar shower and toilets surrounded by holm oaks and olive trees.

AT CASA
On the ground floor, the living room overlooking the swimming pool consists of a lounge area with a sofa bed with two single beds, a table for dining inside in case it is cool and a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator American. You will find the washing machine in the laundry room.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a child's bed. The view of the swimming pool and, beyond, the sea is superb. A bathroom with shower and toilet is adjacent to the bedroom.

IN CABANA
A master bedroom, overlooking the maquis, with a sink, also has a solar shower and dry toilets surrounded by holm oaks and olive trees.
The sky is reflected in its water giving you the sensation of swimming in a mountain lake.

THE SWIMMING POOL:

The estate's swimming pool is entirely natural, chlorine-free and salt-free - Thanks to the purity of its spring water and its ultraviolet treatment system.
Little ones will enjoy this beautiful water in complete safety (alarm) and older athletes will find a spirit of challenge in swimming against the turbine current in the 11m by 5m swimming pool.
Some will be able to enjoy the elliptical bike facing the sea.
As for the dreamers, the gentle rustling of the waterfall will accompany them in their escape.

THE GARDEN:
The barbecue facing the swimming pool and the sea, in the shade of a mulberry tree with plane leaves, will make you appreciate, among other things, Corsican veal skewers or fish caught that night.
A large table and a summer lounge are there for your convivial moments.

Games:
The pétanque court, table football and ping-pong table for your fun moments.
