Detached longere situated in it's own mature gardens, with lovely views and plenty of parking space.

The longere has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. A large comfortable sitting room following through to a large open plan kitchen/dining area with a utility room attached.

There is a family bathroom and separate toilet upstairs with an en-suite shower room provided in the bedroom on the ground floor, also there is separate toilet facilities downstairs.

 All rooms have electric heaters.Outside magnificent gardens with mature trees. Barbecue areas in front and back garden. 2 separate garden table and chairs. Fantastic heated swimming pool 10m - 5m with decking area. Sun loungers for the pool, plus fishing equipment for our small lake. Please note that swimming pool is only in use from May until the end of September. We also have outside table tennis and badminton.

Utility Room: Consists of lots of cupboards, washing machine, big double sink plus a shower. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included with plenty of everything. All will be clean and ready on arrival. Cleaning will be on a weekly basis, but there are cleaning facilities if needed. Other: Reception hall to hang all coats and put shoes and other items.The utility room with shower is a luxury, meaning kids can get warm straight after a swim. The house is set in beautiful grounds, very well maintained, with apple trees and lavender plants which you can smell when enjoying breakfast or a swim. It's really private and quiet which is also a huge bonus. There's even a trampoline for the kids. 

We are located within walking distance of the village of St Gonnery which has all the basics i.e. bakers, village shop, restaurants and bars.

You are only 15 mins. drive from the larger towns of Loudeac and Pontivy. If you like to explore there are many lovely towns to visit within a comfortable driving distance such as Vannes, Quimper, Lorient and St Brieuc. Lac de Guerledan and the Nantes/Brest canal are also close by for water sports, kayaking and fishing etc. A fishing license can be obtained on-line. Horse riding can be found in the Forest of Loudeac.

Special Rental Conditions

Booking Notes:
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. A separate check of £ 150 is required for breakages and anything damaged. This will be refunded after your vacation. We recommend that you take out insurance with a cancellation clause.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is on Saturday. Arrival 4PM. Departure 10am.
Please note that the cleaner will be working most of the day
on Saturdays.
