The house has been sensitively renovated to form a very comfortable home-from-home.

- It sleeps up to 5 in very great comfort in three large Bedrooms – one double bedded room, one twin-bedded room and a large bedroom with a full sized single bed. Each room is individually decorated & furnished and full linen is supplied.

- The luxury Bathroom has a bath with shower-over, twin wash basins & W.C. A second spacious modern walk-in shower on the ground floor has an additional basin and W.C.

- The open-plan Living Room, with two large French windows overlooking the pool and beyond to the large garden and trees, has an old-brick fireplace & comfortable seating. It also has Sat TV and WIFI internet is provided.

- The Kitchen is very well-equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and other useful electrical appliances. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, iron & board in the large utility room.

- The South facing terrace is sheltered, totally private and surrounded by fragrant plants and trees.
A stone BBQ is provided, just perfect for those alfresco meals on warm summer evenings and for sampling the local Gaillac wines !

- The terrace opens onto the private swimming pool and pool house. There is ample poolside furniture around the pool which has a southerly aspect: ENJOYING SUNSHINE ALL DAY LONG !
- Outside there is private off-road parking for two cars.
