Le Papillon is situated near the medieval market town of Gourdon, in the beautiful Lot region of South West France. Set in a quiet woodland setting, this superbly built stone house with oak beams, is abundant with charm and character.

The interior of the holiday property is extremely spacious, with a large lounge diner, homely kitchen and comfortable bedrooms.
Nestled in the beautiful hills of the department of the Lot, 3kms from the village of Salviac where you will find several bars/restaurants, general shops, a depot de pain, a bank, a church and just outside of the village there is a small supermarket. Cazals is approximately 7 kms by car, another charming village with a boulangerie, mini market, more general shops and a swimming lake. The main medieval market town of Gourdon is just 15 minutes away - a vibrant town with restaurants and pavement cafes. The property is the ideally retreat for visiting all the attractions of the virtually unexplored department of the Lot, the beautiful Dordogne region and perfect for a calm, tranquil and enjoyable stay.
