La Follette is situated on the edge of the small and delightful market town of Beuzeville which is near to Honfleur. The house has been decorated throughout to a high standard. There is an extensive south facing outdoor decking and dining area with a family Hot tub for guests to use.
It comprises a large lounge leading to a spacious conservatory which faces South, 5 bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a private suite on the ground floor within the main house.
In the lounge there is a Smart TV (Netflix) and plenty of comfortable chairs. There is Free WIFI for guests.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower and there are 2 further en-suite rooms and 4 WCs. The games room contains a pool table, table tennis table and a darts board. Parking for 4 cars.
The property is one hour from Caen and Dieppe and two and a half hours from Calais, 15 minutes to the nearest beach and Honfleur and two hours from Paris.
