Catherine and Aidan welcome you to their small estate.
Catherine is French, Aidan is Australian.

Superb gites and rooms with a heated swimming pool from mid-April to October 1st.
This property is worthy of being named: an idea of Paradise. Those who have stayed there are sad to have to leave and are eagerly waiting to return for our greatest joy!
Located in Greater Perigueux, border of Perigord Noir et Pourpre, we are equidistant from Bergerac (airport) and Perigueux and above all 40 minutes from Sarlat with, on the road, all the best tourist places in the Dordogne.

You can also visit the vineyards and castles of Bergerac and Pecharmant, also very close by.
You will relax in the evening with a drink on one of the terraces, and can use the summer kitchen, if you wish.
For any late arrival without the possibility of going to the restaurant, we offer, on request before arriving, a cold plate and a soup during the winter.
Also during high season, we will serve table d'hotes on request.

At the end of our little road, a farm, where you can buy magnificent strawberries and fresh milk every evening during the season.
The village of Vergt will provide you with a lovely market on Friday mornings and Tuesday evenings in August.
The village is a mini Sarlat!! You can find anything there...! The huge health center For the safety of us all.
It will soon be possible to come at certain times of the year to do training courses with us, in order to prepare your own confits and foie gras.

You will only dream of coming back! all with ensuite views of the pool side or the wood side.
You will find books, billiards and a heated swimming pool during the season. A corner of paradise to recharge your batteries and a short distance from the major tourist attractions of Perigord.
Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8 a.m. or on the terrace in summer.
You will also have access on request and long stay to the laundry room (at no additional cost) and to the summer kitchen BBQ. It is possible to dine outside on the terrace.

Independent studio, breathtaking view, quiet (From 100 - 120 Euros per night)
Lovely little studio with no neighbors, very well equipped, independent kitchen, terrace, access to swimming pool. Breathtaking view, passing deer.
We only accept dogs on a leash on the property due to the fact that we have peacocks.

Large independent studio in superb annex (From 70 - 90 Euros per night)
Magnificent studio, Perigourdine-style annex, fireplace, terraces, all comfort, luxury.
Access by car to the studio for disabled people and also possibility of wheelchair access from the cottage to the swimming pool.
Guaranteed calm. Independent garden furniture, view of nature, garden dining room.
Fireplace area in winter and barbecue in summer.
We only accept dogs on a leash on the property due to the fact that we have peacocks roaming free.

Very large and pretty bedroom with private bathroom (ensuite) and toilet, dressing room, view of the swimming pool and view of the woods in the bathroom.
