The owners will make you discover and taste our wines and you can enjoy many walks in the estate vineyards. Carcassonne is only 20 km away and the house is close to Caunes Minervois and Abbeys, Villeneuve Minervois with its Mill and the Maison de la Truffe. There are shops in the village. Parking is provided in the property with the possibility of a garage.
The cottage includes: kitchen overlooking the garden and pool 7.50m x 3.50m with sunbathing, garden furniture and barbecue in the shade of plane trees mulberry, shower-toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90, toilets with wash basins. Central heating included.
