Marine and Franck Blanc welcome you in 3 cottages ideally located between lake and mountain near the Baths of Aix les Bains, Lake Bourget, Chambéry and Annecy.
Inside the Regional Natural Park of Bauges, an environment conducive to healing and change of scenery for your holidays, week end, short or long stays, as well as your stays in spa, or cycling holidays.

3 apartments renovated according to Ecogites standards, label 3 ears, furnished and equipped, on 7500 meters of land, with private parking.
Comfortable and warm, mountain character, renovated in an ecological way. Very cozy. Common landscaped lot and vast meadow area surrounding the farm.

At departure or near the cottage many opportunities for outdoor activities. In a recreational or more sporting spirit, Franck can offer you different activities during your stay.

For the comfort of all and the well-being of everyone, the cottage is non-smoking. The exteriors are equipped with ashtrays, made available to our customers smokers.
No pets allowed.
Breakage of equipment or dishes at the expense of the holidaymaker. Read Rental Conditions
Reservation:  The tenant having paid a deposit of 25% of the rental amount and returned a copy of the rental agreement signed, undertakes to take possession of the apartment on the date specified in the contract and to pay the same day the balance of the rental amount.
A deposit (not cashed and returned if no problem during the stay) of 300 € is to be paid upon arrival. This deposit is returned, less the cost of restoration if degradations were found after the establishment of the inventory of places of exit.
In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the rental start date, the amount of the deposit is neither refunded nor postponed. The cancellation must be served by post with AR.
