With exposed stone walls, original beams, and traditional floors, the completely renovated space offers an open-style format, featuring a spacious living room and a dining table for six overlooking the garden. 

The cottage is a great base for exploring medieval villages, lush forests, and scenic bike trails. It's also just a 45-minute drive from some of Brittany's best sandy beaches, offering a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.

The cottage sleeps up to six guests and features a cosy loft suite, as well as unique features such as original shutters, beamed ceilings, and romantic stone fireplaces.

Enjoy a secluded stone-walled garden with two patio areas for BBQs and outdoor dining, as well as access to mountain bikes to explore the Nantes Brest canal towpaths.

Dating back over 110 years, the cottage accommodates up to six guests, with two double bedrooms, two mezzanine single beds, and a range of facilities including a full bathroom, two toilets, and a shower room. Individual radiant heating ensures personalised comfort on every level of the house.

Special Rental Conditions

Available to rent on a weekly basis or by agreement with the owner.

There is an additional refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per booking.

The listed rates include all bed linens and towels (except beach towels) as well as a cleaning service on your departure.

The balance of the rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the holiday. If payment is not received by the due date the Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the booking is cancelled. The Client will have some remaining liabilities, as per the cancellation schedule, outlined below.

Cancellation Policy: If you are compelled to cancel your rental in full or in part, you must inform SCI Petitions Guemene Immediately, and then confirm your cancellation in writing. You remain responsible for the total cancellation charges. A cancellation can only be accepted in writing, from the lead member of the party for whom the booking was made. The cancellation will only be effective from the date the letter is received.

Cancellation charges: from the date of receipt of the Client's cancellation letter: To receive a 100% refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in

To receive 50% refund, guests must cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in

There will be NO REFUND if cancelled 14 days or less before check-in.

Cancellation by the Owners: if for any reason the Owners are obliged to cancel the Client's booking, all monies paid to date will be refunded in full. This is the limit of the Owners' liability.

Clients are advised to settle chargeable expenses locally with the owner/agent before departure from the rental property, including the replacement of any small breakages.

Guests are asked to leave the cottage in a respectful, clean, and orderly fashion. Any unreasonable cleaning required may result in a charge against the guest damage deposit.
