Cozy 4 person apartment in a quiet and peaceful setting, in the heart of Provence. The property is on a large plot with an 11m x 5m pool, situated close to Vaison-la-Romaine and Avignon. It's set on the ground floor within the owners property.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, with a double bed and a single bed, respectively, and a living area with sofa, armchair and TV. There is also a kitchenette fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom is fitted with shower, sink and WC.
Open plan living room with dining area and kitchen corner. The Sitting area features a TV and CD player.
There is a door that leads from the sitting room to the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool. Ideal for an al fresco breakfast with table and 4 chairs.
A second private eating area is under the shade of trees with splendid views of the pool and garden.

Outside:
You have at your disposal two private terraces and a gas barbecue. The apartment overlooks the shared pool (11x5m), surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, where you can relax.
You also have access to a private parking space.

A terrain of 19.000 m2 with extensive lawns and fruit trees set in private secluded woodlands.

The Area:
The area is famous for its Cotes Du Rhone and Cotes du Rhone Villages the most prestigious being Chateauneuf du Pape. Wine tasting are available at most of the caves but particularly at Gigondas, Cairaine, Sablet and of course Chateauneuf du Pape.

A swimming pool is available at the property but river swimming can be found in the Ouveze or Toulourenc rivers. The Mediterranean can be reached in 1hour 30 minutes.
The Dentelles de Montmirail and Buis-les Baronnies are ideal for hiking and rock climbing. The nearest horse riding centre is in Vaison.
Canyoning is possible in the Gorges de Toulourenc or the Ardeche (one hours drive away ). For cycling enthiusasts, the area is a haven and cycles can be hired in Vaison and in Malaucene. Those who are especially keen may climb Mont Ventoux whilst more leisurely cyclists can meander along the sun drenched lanes, stopping for the occasional cafe au lait beneath the shade of a plane tree.
Golf courses can be found near Avignon, Orange and Saumane.
