"Absolutely fantastic!"
The property is beautiful, spotless, spacious and brilliantly equipped. It is a real home from home. The location is peaceful and a great base for visiting the area, although our three children (aged 12, 10 and 7) were happy to stay in the private pool all day. What really made this holiday really special and memorable was the welcome and generosity given by Marie and Ricky; they have now become friends for life and our children loved them to bits. We cannot wait to go back and highly recommend it.

"Fantastic hosts"
We had an excellent week at Les Niches. Lovely pool and garden and a really cosy upstairs lounge. Ricky and Marie ( in the neighbouring farmhouse) were excellent hosts and were helpful for all things French.

"Outstanding!"
We have now stayed twice at Les Niches and love it! The accommodation is very comfortable, well equipped and spotless with the generous welcome pack as an added bonus when one arrives. The grounds and pool are also very well maintained. Ricky and Marie are delightful and extremely helpful and hospitable with nothing being too much trouble. We are very fond of this area of the Dordogne and would certainly recommend Les Niches as an ideal base from which to explore it. We are looking forward to our next visit which we hope will be very soon!

"Charming Barn Conversion"
We visited Les Niches in June 2013 and had a fabulous stay. The converted barn is in a peaceful village of Cuneges. The location is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful area. We found the premises and facilities perfect for our party of six adults. The accommodation is well fitted and spacious with loads of french character and tastefully converted. The pool area and gardens are tranquil and spacious, perfect to relax in when not out touring, or for evening BBQ meals. An added bonus are the owners parents, 'Ricky and Marie' who live next door. This charming and fun loving couple are keen to help with any requests, or to share their local knowledge to make the best of exploring the area. The local french countryside and pretty villages just cannot be matched. I would highly recommend this property and personally hope to return there very soon.

"Les Niches - a gem"
We can't recommend Les Niches highly enough, especially if you are looking for somewhere calm and tranquil to be with your family and recharge your batteries. The house is beautiful, very clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. As with the accommodation the pool and gardens are also maintained to a very high standard. Ricky and Marie arre wonderfully welcoming hosts and helped us to have a brilliant holiday.
