Wonderful Holiday home situated in a peaceful loaction in a beautiful Dordogne village, 20 minutes south of Bergerac. This charming barn conversion offers you a high standard of accommodation throughout the year.

On the ground floor of the property you will find one of the double bedrooms, separate bathroom, a large dining area and a pretty, fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with gas "range cooker", microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a selection of cutlery, crockery and utensils. On the first floor, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one double with an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom with twin beds. There is a separate bathroom opposite this room. Also on the first floor, is the large sunny lounge area with fantastic countryside views to the west. In the lounge you will find a television with DVD player and free view, three double sofas and an annex with small table and two chairs.
The property benefits from having full central heating throughout for the cooler and winter months and all the rooms have Wi-Fi internet access.

Outside there is a secluded patio area with table, chairs and BBQ, a large lawn and a private salt water pool with parasols and sunbeds. The pool is 10 metres by 5 metres. There is also plenty of space outside for parking.

Nearby towns include Sigoules which is 6 miles away, Bergerac 9 miles away and Eymet at around 8 miles away. Bergerac has a wide range of shops and great restaurants and museums. Other facilities include a water park, canoeing, 10 pin bowling alley, a gym and go-karting. In the town of Sigoules you will find a petrol station, banks, a good supermarket, a selection of restaurants and local artisanal shops. The nearest golf course is approximately 25 minutes from the barn and Arcachon(south of bordeaux is 2 hours away.
