We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Dinan. The apartment is really well situated; very close to the historic centre but very quiet (great to have parking). It's light and spacious, perfect for a couple or small family and very well equipped. Gerry was very helpful before and during the trip - thank you! It was our first time to visit Dinan and we loved the town and surrounding area, especially some of the smaller coastal resorts such as St Lunaire. A great find - would recommend to others

Cannot recommend this property highly enough: Modern, clean, comfortable and ideally located for a short stroll into the delights of Dinan. We had two young children (aged 5) with us and they also loved it. The owner, Gerry, was so helpful with every aspect of our stay. We would definitely book it again.

"Lovely apartment in a beautiful town."

This bright and airy apartment is lovely and clean and within short walking distance to the town centre. This means it is quiet, yet close to all amenities. It is well stocked with children's games and books. It was perfect for 2 adults and a little one. The owner was friendly and quick to reply to questions. We did have to bring our own linen or were offered the use of owners at a charge if £75 to cover laundry cost, which was not made clear before booking. Overall a very enjoyable stay, in a lovely apartment, in a beautiful town.

"Good accomadation in great place"

We have been to Dinan a few times but wanted to stay in the town rather than the general area - this place was just a few minutes walk down a quiet street so was ideal. The property is clean and modern with all amenities and some nice touches - our children enjoyed the games and colouring pencils etc. The off street parking is really helpful as well. We explored the area and enjoyed great beaches a short ish drive away - but we already knew them so that helped (St Braic, St Lunaires, Cancale Sur Mer are great). We ate in the property easily (lots of plates, saucepans etc) and ate in Dinan at some good places. All in all a good place to stay - Gerry (the owner) was very helpful and easy to deal with too. Good value for money and a good holiday all round. Thanks ! Craig
