WELCOME TO THE CLOS DES VIGNES, BED&BREAKFAST IN SAINT RAPHAËL, CÔTE D’AZUR
You will be able to rest under a beautiful sun, on the cost of the Mediterranean see in a beautiful house with garden just next to the center of the old city. Saint-Raphaël is geographically exceptional since its benefits from an easy access to the see and to many cultural and sports activities.

A BED AND BREAKFAST IN BETWEEN CÔTE D’AZUR AND THE ESTEREL MOUNTAINS
Having a volcanic origin, the mountains of l’Esterel have an exceptional red colour and bring the beauty of the mountain just next to the see.
Many creeks are hidden in the heart of this natural site but if you better have a sand beach, it is also possible. The landscape is colourful and the magic of the site is to be discovered every day. Many routes can be proposed, all preserved from modern construction letting the beauty of nature available for visitors to see and feel the colours and perfume of south of France. Such as Maurevielle, sentier du littoral, pic du cap de l’ours…
Saint Raphaël is in between Cannes and Saint-Tropez touching the Mediterranean see. It is an active city with all kinds of activities proposed for all kind of persons throughout the year. In a cosy house, classed 3 stars , we welcome you to rest in a garden full of flowers and trees typical of the region, lemon, olives… A private car park is available.
All activities and the beach is next to the house.

The TGV stops at the train station or there are also buses coming from Nice’s airport.

Our Bed and Breakfast is located at 20mins by foot from the sand beach.
We also offer on demand only a Mediterranean cuisine, depending on the season and local products
for 40E per person: Entry, main dish, dessert, wine and coffee
for 30E per person: a set of different cheese with wine
For 20E per person: we offer a picnic basket
Any specifics shall be informed before hand, allergies, vegan…
Breakfasts are being served on the terrace or in the garden under the trees. There is coffee, tea, juices, various types of bread (gluten free), fruits, cheese, homemade marmalade, and homemade cake…

We propose guided tours in the natural or organics wine domain with which we are in partnership. As well as olive oil producers and other specialties.
We may help you organise all kinds of activities, cultural, sports, artistic, wellness (spa..)

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURE
We welcome you starting at 4pm or earlier if available.
The rooms are to be left at the latest at 11am on the day of departure.

Cash, checks or bank transfer

PAYMENT GUARANTEE:
Online reservation: Credit card is used as guarantee for reservation
Pre-reservation: down-payment of 50% on reservation of the total stay
Down-payment: 50% of the total stay and then a guarantee will be asked before total payment of the stay
Animals are accepted only if not dangerous, if asked before hand, additional payment will be asked in between 10E to 30 E per night.

CANCEL CONDITIONS:
In case of cancellation over 30 days prior to the stay: 0% under 30 days: 50% due.
In case of a stay shortened, no reimbursement will be done.

INDICATIVE PRICE:
Price for a night depending on the season goes from 120E to 160E per couple including breakfast, taxes and parking place.
Price for ne person: 60E to 80E.
Price for one meal: 60E including wine and coffee
Special price for retired people in winter, at 15 nights and over, helf-board for free.
