The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift (elevator). It's ideal for a couple or small family looking for a quiet apartment that is close to all major amenities including restaurants, shops sea and station.

The main room serves as the living area and open plan kitchen. The living area has a folding table and chairs, and large sofa bed sleeping 2 people.
