Situated in an elegant street in one of the smartest areas of Nice, this apartment is located in a traditional building which was completely modernised in 2005. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift (elevator). It's ideal for a couple or small family looking for a quiet apartment that is close to all major amenities including restaurants, shops sea and station.

The main room serves as the living area and open plan kitchen. The living area has a folding table and chairs, and large sofa bed sleeping 2 people. For entertainment there is a TV, DVD player and music centre. The high ceiling helps gives a feeling of airiness. The leaded lights in the doors are an original feature and add to the charm.

For those wishing to self-cater, the open plan kitchen is fully fitted with;

Electric cooker and oven
Fridge-freezer
Dishwasher
Electric toaster and kettle
A washing machine
Leading off the lounge is the bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes.
Both the lounge and bedroom open out onto a large terrace overlooking the courtyard at the back of the building. The terrace is extremely unusual for a city apartment and has a parasol, table and chairs to allow you to entertain or just relax on warm balmy evenings away from the crowds of central Nice.
The shower room has a washbasin and WC.

3 weeks - 10% off second weekand 15% off third week

The apartments accept from 1 to 4 guests. Minimum stay is 2 nights between January to May and October to December. Minimum stay is 3 nights between June to September.
Arrivals and departures can be any day. Charges are fully inclusive of electricity and local taxes.
Late arrivals or early departures may incur a small charge which is paid directly to our manager.

A refundable deposit of 200 Euros for breakages/damages is also payable. Payment in Euros by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Payment in GBP pounds accepted by arrangement. Renter is responsible for all transfer charges. Paypal will incur an additional charge of 5% to cover their fees. All charges are payable prior to arrival.
