Thank you for this medieval reenactment and warm welcome. PS do not forget to eat the food is delicious
We stayed one night in the beautiful and romantic room of the Rose. It's very charming ... lovely .... quiet .... Christina and Nico gave us a warm welcome and hearty breakfast. The guest house is located 20 minutes from Carcassonne in the heart of a medieval village.
There Was only one thing wrong! ...... We stayed one night ONLY !! It was so cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable. I Was traveling with three --other ladies and we opted for dinner in .... and DESPITE A Few picky eaters, Christina Was ble to please all of us with her magic in the kitchen! The little town is nestled in the mountains entre Albi and Carcassonne (both a must of things to do) and was just the perfect stop to feel really at home! Christina and Nico-have turned this lovely old building into an oasis! They thought of everything .....-have-even a small kitchen area if you are traveling with picnic foods to take out on your daily trips. And a Kir Peche on Their little balcony listening to the nearby stream added to the entire stay! Wonderful to say the least!
I Spent 5 nights here with my partner, Who booked the break as a surprise for me. The location is excellent, Being an easy drive from Carcassonne. If you do get a bit lost When You get to Cuxac-Cabardès phone Christina and she'll guide you in. We stayed in the apartment, qui Was first class. Great little private terrace with regular visits from The Most friendly cat .... (We called Expired her Plink Plonk-.... (long story!) What will you name her ??) Listen to Christina, she will give you great advice things to do. If you stay on a Monday, visit the Pizza Nico Van ... will show you where ... it's a memorable experience .... you'll know what I mean When you've done it. Breakfast will set you up for the whole day, Nico bakes the bread, and it's as good as it gets. You MUST eat here. I suggest at the start of your stay, Because if you leave it up to the end you'll regret not HAVING the opportunity to do it more than once. Christina Understands the balance entre has some amount of formality and a relaxed atmosphere, and Produces excellent local food, cooked to perfection! I Was amazed by her Vegetarian Quiche, Especially as I am not a veggie! Trust thesis reviews. The place is great!
We stayed three days, "Chez Providence" and it was magnificent. Located in the heart of a very pretty village with a medieval radiation, the atmosphere is exceptional. Our hosts, Christina and Nico were very pleasant. You must taste the good food of Christina! We ate very well. The rooms are very large and clean. Everything is there to make you have a nice stay. Thanks to you two!
Очень уютный отель B & B, очень непохожий на все остальное где приходилось останавливаться ранее. Отель находится к небольшой деревне, в доме ...
We spent 2 nights in Providence and it was just perfect. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, there are a lot of choices, and the food is fresh.
We were very well received by the owner.
There's really nothing to reconcile.

Fantastic holiday in this interesting area of France. Could not fault the accommodation or the food. Best eleven nights sleep we Have Had for a long time. Christina and Nico are helpful and enthusiastic hosts. Would highly recommend to anyone.
