Spacious holiday chalet in a private setting, surrounded by typical Savoie farms. The huge area around the chalet in wonderful for children, offering snow fields in winter and a vast lawn during summer months. The chalet is just a 15 min walk to the centre of Chatel which is host to restaurants, a bakery and press office. The property comprises 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one spacious lounge with wood stove and ample wood, TV, DVD Player,wireless, a teenager room under the house, a large dining room and a fully open-plan kitchen. We are just 200m from the chair lift of Barbossine via the skiable domain of Portes du Soleil, one of the most well-known and extensive ski areas in France – with 650 km of slopes! The chalet is 40 km from Thonon-les-Bains and 80 km from the Geneva airport.

Special Rental Conditions
Final cleaning in winter is 200 € in cash to be paid on site.
A 20 deposit is requested upon booking.
The balance is payable the day of arrival. We ask a 1000 Euro security deposit cheque that we send back by mail in the week following the departure of our clients.
Foreigners can leave a imprint of their credit card or give the security deposit in cash.
The final cleaning has to be done by the clients or it can be done for 200 Euro in winter and 100 Euro in summer.
The bed sheets rental is of 10 Euro per person. The clients will have to pay to the local tax of 1 Euro per day and per person. For additional services (cleaning during the week, cook, ski classes, supplying the refrigerator, glide equipment delivered on site, taxi, baby sitting, do not hesitate to contact us.
Off season, for the short stays, prices are by night.
In high season, the rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, the keys are handed over at 2 p.m. and departure between 7 and 10 a.m. on the Saturday morning. Off season, we try to find an agreement that suits everyone!
Contractual booking deposit: 20% rent
Damage deposit: €1,000.00
