An ideal setting

We fell in love with Château Sentout from our first visit, the place is ideal for celebrating a wedding. Mr. Peltier has always been available and responsive. All our guests were won over by this exceptional setting.

Bordeaux's best kept secret

Romantic and flowery estate with 50 beds. Everything is beautiful, but the room is a bit small. Very nice and attentive owner. Thank you very much, we couldn't have asked for more!

idyllic setting

From our first visit to the castle we fell under the charm of the place but also of the opportunities it offers: calm, originality and accommodation capacity.
We were not disappointed ! Our wedding weekend was like an enchanted parenthesis for both us and our guests.
Whether it's Friday evening in the rose garden in Spanish inn mode, D-Day for a reception in the meadow and the dance party in the barn until dawn or even Sunday lounging by the pool ... Everything was perfect! The owners and their son were able to make themselves available when needed, while remaining discreet (verification of the health pass in peace and efficiency). The many children who were present spent memorable moments in this space allowing for grandiose games of hide and seek!
In short, what happiness! And it's not nothing in this period!

Domain that is not up to its owner

We had a very special experience, as much as the estate is of incomparable beauty and the owner has a lot to do with it, as much as his relationship during the wedding was catastrophic, we were told a few days before D-Day that the place chosen for the meal must be changed on the pretext that the previous wedding was too noisy. During the wedding, the owner returns to the charge to explain to us that we must not install a sofa outside the dance hall. And in the evening at 10:30 p.m., because musical entertainment was organized during the meal, the gentleman took the liberty of threatening the DJ to cut off the power.
We are extremely disappointed because our discussions before the wedding were perfect.
This area is not made to receive weddings but only people who want to book lodgings if the slightest noise causes a problem.

Enchanting

We got married at Château Sentout at the beginning of 07/2021 after a first postponement linked to COVID.
Mr. Peltier the owner was extraordinary in allowing us to change the date of our wedding, his help was invaluable in this moment of doubt.
The place is really magical, we wouldn't have wanted to do this anywhere else after discovering it and even more so after having done it.
Don't hesitate, you have to deal with enthusiasts who will be able to help you make this day (and even your stay!) magical at Château Sentout

Out of time

The old stones, the many interior courtyards, the Roman arcades, the abundant flowering vegetation and the mottled and carefully arranged decoration will not leave you indifferent. This is without taking into account the professionalism and flexibility of the owners.
On-site activities abound: large heated swimming pool, ping-pong table, table football, volleyball court and two very large wooded parks. Furniture and crockery (for 180) included.
All of our guests loved the place, each in their own way: lazing by the pool, frenzied petanque or even a bike ride. Other service providers are not taxed but a list of regular service providers is provided. There is no collective kitchen as such, but 5 standard kitchens (apparently caterers are used to it). There are 50 beds (very good bedding) but the owners can install umbrella beds or mattresses on the floor for young children in addition. The linen is provided. Lots of fridges but a bit scattered.
The rental is from Friday to Monday but we were able to leave the drinks cold from Thursday and we returned the keys on Monday at 1 p.m. Prices vary depending on the time of year (we got married in July, the most expensive time).
It was an incredible weekend!

Nice place for a unique event

Castle life for a weekend! The owners are present if necessary but leave the domain at your disposal.
The setting is extraordinary, the rooms are decorated with great taste. All our guests were delighted with this beautiful weekend.
