This charming rustic villa is located in a wonderful spot, boasting spectacular sea views from many different parts of the house. The area is perfectly quiet, and the house is located in a field of 9 houses each enjoying a private plot of more or less 15 acres. Breathtaking sea views are visible from several rooms, the living room, kitchen and many terraces.
The property comprises five bedrooms (4 with double beds, and 1 with bunk beds + a single bed) and two bathrooms. It is an excellent family property as it is spacious and most comfortable throughout. More importantly, it is extremely well equipped, with appliances and equipment including a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, vacuum, ping-pong table, central heating and baby equipment (including cot and high chair). Towels and linen are provided.
Direct access to a small pebble beach is available and it is accessible on foot (the descent from the house takes 3-4 minutes, the ascent is quite steep and therefore a little longer!).
A large sandy beach is located 2 minutes away by car. A small shopping centre (with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket) is 6-7 minutes by car. There are two restaurants in front of the sandy beach (others a few minutes away).
Activities available: Water skiing, towed buoy, jetski, scuba diving, paragliding, hiking etc
