Charming Rural Cottage in Jas de Peguier, Alpes de Haute Provence

This charming stone gite is situated in Haute Provence and accommodates up to 8 guests. It is very spacious and benefits from a charming private garden.

The Property Comprises:

A kitchen: 22m² fully equipped (with dishwasher and washing machine).
Wooden terrace, a private garden furnished with a dining area under a trellis

"Vaulted room" with a bed 160cm, 18.5m² (including shower room 5m²) and shower room (large shower) with separate toilet. 
"Room L'Etabli" 28,5m² (in 2 spaces 19'5m² and 9m²) L'Etabli, room with bed 180 or 2 bed 90 with private bathroom (walk-in shower). A small adjoining room with small dressing room and reading area. This overlooks a private garden area overlooking the mountains of Verdon and the ruins of the old village built on a hill.

"Yellow Room" (12 m²) with a 160 bed and a bathroom with shower and bath (6.6 m²). Private WC

"Blue Room" 2 beds 90 with WC and sink (13m²)

Guests have access to the pool and children's games (Trampoline, ping-pong, zip line, swing, petanque, ...)

Guests can enjoy clear and unobstructed views of olive groves and mountain peaks. There is a private and furnished terrace.

The Jas de Péguier offers its guests an infinity pool with a magnificent view of the Verdon mountains. The pool overlooks the village of Les Chabannes. There is also a spa available for use (charges apply)

There is a beautiful arboretum aswell, although it is small and has little more than 400 trees and shrubs spread across 2.5 hectares. These are mostly reproductions from the arboretum Vilmorin de Verrieres Buisson in Essonne whose head was Jean-Baptiste de Vilmorin who now lives in Jas. It is a very original environment for the inhabitants and its guests.
