The house acts as the preferct retreat for either relaxing in the countryside, those searching for adventure or ven for professionals on the move.
THE HOUSE:
It is ideal for two people (140 cm x 200 cm bed). A convertible sofa bed in the living room can accommodate up to four people maximum.
LIVING ROOM:
A beautiful, warm living room with a large, fully equipped open kitchen opens onto a private sunny terrace. The living room area offers a comfortable sofa bed with a television (decoder). You will have access to a Netflix account as well as Disney +.
KITCHEN:
A very functional kitchen with fridge, hob, hood, oven, microwave, offers every comfort for your stay. Breakfast essentials are also present; a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
THE ROOM:
The bedroom offers a new, hotel quality bed. An office area for teleworking if necessary and a wardrobe with hangers to store your belongings if you stay several days.
SHOWER ROOM:
Accessible via three small steps. A beautiful, large shower room with a hairdryer and all the necessary toiletries (body, hand and hair towels, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The WCs are individual and private (also accessible via three small steps).
Wifi throughout the house.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people (there are 2 single beds for children in the duplex). Sheets will be provided on request with an additional amount of €15 per stay and per bed.
Once your reservation has been validated by our Hoosteev team, we will send you a secret code a few hours before your arrival allowing you to access the accommodation. Arrivals are made independently with a key box.
The same goes for your departure.
PLEASE NOTE: The house is not on one level, there are three steps to access the bathroom and toilets.
The house is located near a railway crossing. The last train departure is at 8:40 p.m., your evenings will be calmer.
Arrival times are only from 4:00 p.m. and departure times are always before 11:00 a.m.
Please note that smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in the apartment and we have a zero tolerance policy. Consequently, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to require a deposit of a minimum amount of €300.00.
