Charming Mediterranean Villa In Sainte Maxime 8 People - Villa Cassiopée

Cassiopée is a charming Provencal villa situated in very close proximity to the beach. The property benefits from a shared swimming pool and accommodates up to 8 guests. The villa boasts a wonderful location and is perfectly suited for a brilliant stay in Sainte Maxime.

Cassiopée is organized split into two floors. The ground floor has two bedrooms both with double beds, a bathroom with two basins and a bathtub equipped for shower, separate toilet. A beautiful living space then unfolds, including a charming sitting area and a spacious dining room where 8 guests can unwind and relax comfortably. From here you can access the kitchen, large and very well equipped: large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, coffee maker, kettle, and of course dishes, glasses and kitchen batteries necessary, as well as a dishwasher. The washing machine is installed in an adjoining pantry.
The living room is fully equipped with a home entertainment system including: a stereo, a flat screen TV and DVD player. 

The first floor comprises a bedroom with two single beds, a large bedroom with a double bed, a charming office, a bathroom with a large shower, a sink with a beautiful stone basin and toilet. There is also a comfortable lounge with two leather sofas, a flat screen TV, a stereo and a DVD player. As you can see, the decor and furnishings of each bedroom are unique, combining a unity of style and variety of tones throughout the villa. The practical aspect is not forgotten, with plenty of storage space. All of the bathrooms are equipped with a radiator-towel rack.

Cassiopée adjoins the neighboring house on one side, but on two other sides provides beautiful and well protected areas. There is a small garden covered with gravel, and benefitting from a robust stone barbecue and wonderful olive tree. There is also a large partially covered terrace with two tables, ad hoc seats, sunbeds and chaise lounges at your disposal. Perfect for al-fresco dining!

Cassiopée is part of the "La Pinède" residence, a small and private complex, built around a beautiful communal swimming pool (12x6 m). The atmosphere is lovely and the pine forest gives an overall feeling of it being like a private club. A wrought iron gate electrically controlled by a code ensures safety, especially that of any vehicles parked inside the premises.
