Large village home with detached private garden, located in the heart of Felines. This charming, well-equipped house provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. It comprises a well-equipped kitchen, spacious lounge/dining area with ample furniture, 3 bedrooms and two shower rooms (recently renovated). The property is suitable for couples, groups of friends and both small and large families. There is plenty of room for parking.
It is located near to the village square and in the heart of a beautiful little village. Felines is perfectly placed to explore the delights of the Languedoc region or why not walk to the 3 family owned wineries / caves and enjoy a great day wine tasting. The well-known Cathar village of Minerve is a 20 mins drive north and is host to museums, restaurants and art galleries. The famouse walled-city of Carcassonne is 30 mins to the west and ideal for a family day out.
The house is perfectly placed for a splendid day out. There is a lovely lake a few minutes drive away, where plenty of water sports and activities are available for the whole family. Or why not take a drive to the Med and enjoy one of the countless beautiful beaches. So many great options for young or less young!

There are some fantastic beaches on our doorstep - the Med is 45 mins drive away.
