This cottage is perfect for a restful holiday with a magnificent pool complex and totally rural situation, yet is only 15 minutes from excellent supermarkets and the river.
It is a stone built self catering cottage on a sunny hilltop overlooking tranquil wooded valleys. The property comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a double bedroom and a twin room. It sleeps up to 5 guests.
The self catering cottage is fully equipped to modern standards and is equipped with:
WiFi, Large Flat screen TV with UK channels, dishwasher, clothes washer, oven, hob, blender, toaster etc etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside are extensive grounds with two terraces at the front and rear of the cottage. There is a BBQ, sunbeds, parasols and everything for a complete holiday. This is the only gite on the property, ensuring you enjoy a peaceful and private stay.
There are two superb restaurants in Cadouin (the nearest village), which itself is a medieval gem. The Abbey in Cadouin has connections with the crusaders who came through this area on the way to the Holy Land. One additional point of interest is that underneath our land are a series of caves which are of excepional archaeological interest, Google Grotte de Cussac for complete details.
