Charming Apartment on the famous Rue Rossetti, Heart of Old Town Nice - MINIMUM STAY ONE MONTH Reviews

We could not have dreamed up a more ideal location for this apartment, It is right in the middle of the Old Town full of french charm. 5 mins to the wonderful Market place for daily bread, fruit & vegetables, artisan cheeses and only 5 mins to the beach/promenade.

The apartment had all the mod cons required but was lovely and cosy and very clean.

We were very sad to leave this apartment, we had a lovely stay and we highly recommend it.

Me and my boyfriend both absolutely loved our holiday in Nice in this fantastic apartment in a brilliant location! We were never short of things to do, the apartment was in a perfect place to go anywhere we wanted as it was in the heart of old town and a 5 minute walk from the new town and bus station! It was perfectly furnished with everything we could possibly need. We would definately go back to this holiday destination and would certainly use the same apartment!

Just spent 9 nights at this excellent apartment which provided all home comforts and more. Abundance of bars and restaurants were on the doorstep and promenade was approx 5 minute walk. we travel to Nice a couple of times per year and can honestly say the location is one of the best we have stayed very much the heart of the old town. I would recomend this apartment with out hesitation to friends and family and without doubt would book this apartment again for future stays in Nice.

We had a wonderful time in Nice and the apartment made it really special ... it's gorgeous. The location could not be better and we loved staying in the centre of the old town. The storm came on our last day and the rain was torrential, but we were quite happy to stay inside the apartment, as it was so cosy and comfortable. Magrit was very pleasant and helpful and made a real fuss of us when we popped into the bar where she works.

We couldn't fault anything about the apartment or the location and would recommend it to anyone.

My daughter and I stayed here in May 2010 for 5 days at the end of a 12-day trip, and it was delightful in every way. Not only is it a charming place in an incomparable location - short walk to bus station, easy walk to other areas - but living in the heart of Old Nice is a special experience! The owners have thought of every detail to make one's stay enjoyable, from the well-equipped kitchen to the dining area overlooking Rue Rossetti to the comfortable living room and bedroom to the attractive decor. It truly became our "home", I only wish we could have stayed longer!

This apartment is full of character and is centrally located in Old Nice. It's only a few blocks away from the beach and the market is even closer. I got everything I needed for cooking in the apartment, and having the washing machine is a plus. Angela makes this apartment special too. She makes the booking process very easy and has promptly response to all my emails. Thanks Angela!! :) I would recommend this apartment to anybody who enjoys the lively spirit of Old Nice.

We absolutely loved the appartment. It has everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely true to the description on the website. No hidden additional costs. Margit, who handed us the key, made us feel very welcome. The appartment has lots of guide books and brochures filled with ideas for things to do. The location is PERFECT, walking distance from the beach, cafes, beautiful daily flower and vegetable market. It is in the Vieux Nice, which has an active night life, so it tends to get a little noisy at night. Did not bother us but we did keep the windows closed. We definitely will go back to Nice and we definitely will stay in this appartment again.

We stayed at this apartment and had a fabulous time. It was so easy to reach from the Airport and we were settled in within 45 minutes of getting on the Airport bus. It is so central that all of Nice is within easy walking distance. Too many restaurants to count within 100 metres, and with the number of delicattesens also available the question is should we eat in or out ?

My wife didn't want to come home and we can't wait to go again.

The facilities were first class with every appliance you need.

With Monaco only 45 minutes away and 1 euro on the bus its a must do journey.

The train journey to Cannes is also worth taking.
