Situated in the heart of the old town, the location is excellent.

Loads of shops, restaurants and bars within seconds walk, including bakers and minimarkets for all immediate needs.

While the ceilings in the living room and master bedroom may not be perfectly suited to someone at 6'7" (2 metres) such as myself, all of the facilities are more than adequate for even a long stay. The very good oven, washing machine, spacious fridge and DVD/TV make it feel like a home from home.

We were greeted on site as soon as we arrived, were introduced to the basics that we needed and could always get hold of the representative. The apartment was immaculately clean, hot water was always available, there were fans to help cool us down (the weather was very hot when we visited).

I will definitely consider this apartment again should I be travelling to the area in the future.

Charming accommodation with all needs catered for - nothing to criticise at all!

Nice and surrounding areas are very attractive and easy to get to via public transport, all at reasonable cost.

Angela is excellent, helpful with excellent communication. Margit (who welcomes you) was charming and really helpful.

Everything was good!

Only observation (not criticism) is that in summer season the immediate area can be quite noisy at night if you were looking for a peaceful quiet night in..but why would you stay in when there is so much going on!

My husband and I are just back from a wonderful week in Nice in Angela's fab apartment. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The apartment seemed larger than the photos and we enjoyed watching the many DVDs on offer in the late evening. The location was great, everything within walking distance and I think the best part was enjoying the whole Nice experience as Rossetti Place is a really lively part of town. You can enjoy being a citizen of Nice, going to the market and buying delicious fruit, veg, bread, cheeses etc. a wonderful experience that we didn't want to end. Hopefully we will return.

We stayed here for a week in April and found it to be the most perfect place to stay. The apartment is wonderful, being well furnished and in a fantastic location right next to one of the old town’s main squares. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The shower always had hot water and the living room was very comfortable complete with a DVD player and an I-pod player as well as a lovely DVD, CD and book collection. There was also excellent folder filled information about Nice and the surrounding area.

I would definitely have no problems recommending this property to anyone visiting Nice.

My boyfriend and I rented this apartment for a 3-night stay in early April. This apartment is perfectly located, and even sweeter than it looks in the photographs. Very charming! We were very pleased with our value for money, and found the property manager in Nice very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Nice really does have something for everyone and it does not get better than this for somewhere to stay.

We found that our stay in the apartment was perfect. There was timetables, guides and good movis for lazy days which was an extra plus.We felt welcome and at home in the nicely decorated rooms and the bed was comfortable.The location of this apartment is really good and there is plenty of nice restaurants,shops etc just about everythere close to the apartment. It was no problems what so ever and the owner provided a really good service and we would love to stay here again. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

We went away on our Honeymoon to Nice with our 1 year old boy and stayed at this lovely apartment in Old Nice. It was perfect for our needs, the location was fantastic and minutes away from both the sea and the city sights.

It was easy to collect our keys in Nice to the apartment and in perfect condition for our arrival. A baby cot was provided which made putting our son to bed a breeze. All the kit you would need to cook was available.

We had an excellent holiday, would highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning ourselves and staying again!
