Recently stayed in this lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need whilst staying on your holiday. Fabulous location close to all shops, bars and restaurants in the heart of Nice old town. The atmosphere in the square is great with lots to explore within walking distance. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to people of all ages, there's something to do here for everyone. I will definitely be back!!
Had an amazing stay here. Apartment is well kept, clean and tidy and has a very homely feel to it. Very cosy and within just a minutes walk of a popular main square. In the heart of the Old Town, LOVED the atmosphere. Will definitely be back again! Thank you for a lovely stay x
I have just returned from my stay at this wonderful apartment in the heart of the old town in Nice. The property is only a short walk to the beach and various grocery shops and boulangeries which was very important for the kind of holiday we wanted. The apartment is just a few yards from La Place Rossetti which has many bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours that are very popular!
The apartment is extremely well equipped with everything and anything you may need on holiday. It was also beautifully decorated and very clean which made us feel very comfortable when we arrived.
I would highly recommend this apartment as it is of 5* quality and is in the perfect location!
This was my first visit to France and I am definately impressed! Gorgeous apartment which is very well kept, clean and tidy. Although there is only one bedroom, for 4 friends to stay we found it very spacious and well equiped. The location is perfect in regards of being central with a choice of pubs and resturants on the doorstep with only a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Nice is full of character leaving you spoilt for choice with things to do for anyone of any age. I Would definately recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone wanting to visit Nice and wouldn't hesitate in returning!
We really enjoyed our stay in Nice.Very nice apartment, well equipped with everything one could need.
Lovely week in Old Nice - cobbled streets and endless cafes to stroll around. Different market every day with so many sights and sounds. We had 2 teenage girls with us who were delighted by all of the fashion on display - shops selling antique clothing were a real draw. Loved the apartment, perfect location. Gentle jazz music each evening from the bar opposite added to the atmosphere!
Having full facilities in the accommodation made for a simple week - dishwasher, washing machine etc. Owner and her French assistant could not have been more helpful - from booking to our return :-)
We even managed to hire the Velo Bleu bicycles and cycled the length of the prom!
Great location, beautiful city, perfect weather!
Very cozy, charming, and comfortable. Rue Rossetti can be busy, but apartment was quiet when windows were closed. Definitely for those who like to be close to the action: we could hear the band playing in Place Rossetti our first Sunday afternoon there and saw a festival procession down the street from our kitchen window on our second Sunday morning. Stairs are steep but few in number, and would recommend the apartment to anyone without mobility issues. Thanks, Angela and Mary Anne.
This apartment was a perfect size for a family of four. It is in a great location with restaurants and shops nearby. The main bedroom was large and there was another lounge in addition to the fold out sofa. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only small negative was the apartment is quite noisy and people see to eat and party until about 2am! The main bedroom was fine but in the room with the sofa is was pretty loud. Otherwise would highly recommend.
We are a couple in our late 60’s and stayed here for a week in September. This very clean and comfortable apartment is located in the center of the “old city of Nice” steps from Place Rossetti. We had easy access to numerous restaurants, bakeries, fresh pasta shops, not to mention the fantastic “Cours Saleya (produces and flower markets). We also were minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais. We were able to walk to most sights in the city, but also had easy access to the buses that would take us to St. Paul-de-Vence , Cap Ferrat, Eze Le Village and Monaco. By the end of the week we felt like we found a second home. The apartment is on the second floor and has three rooms: fantastic kitchen, living room and bedroom. It is obvious the owner uses this apartment as the kitchen was well stocked and had everything one would need to prepare dinners. We actually had fresh ravioli on three occasions. The apartment is nicely decorated, safe and comfortable. It had a dish washer and more importantly a clothes washer which we really appreciated. As far as the noise is concerned we were there in September and it was cool enough to close the double glazed windows so we slept very well. The bed is comfortable.I am 6 feet and had no problem with low ceiling in the bedroom. We ate out and would recommend: L’Acchiardo (we ate there twice) OlivieraI and La Rossettisserie. Make reservations as all are very small and busy. Maison Tosello is a great pasta shop if you decide to eat in. We loved our stay in Nice and we do not believe you could find a better apartment to rent. We highly recommend it and would definitely, without hesitation rent it again.
