Excellent accommodation . Beautiful gardens and nice to see a lot of the old features of the house remain . Christophe was fantastic . Received excellent correspondence before we arrived . We even had a visit around his Manoir across the road which was amazing . Would recommend this property to anyone wishing for a fabulous holiday . I will certainly be returning !

Our family with two teenagres together with our friends and their kid spent a week in Christophe's property. The house is indeed charming, very clean, cozy, abolutely perfect location.

Two families can easily share the house for their holidays, there is enough space for everybody to have some privacy but at the same time very nice living room invites to spend evenings together. There are two gardens one in front and the other at the backyard, where you can have your morning coffee in the sun.

The kitchen could not be equipped better, everything you need is on place, it is very clean, nice design, modern equippment.

The location is perfect as it is very quiet, less touristic area but still very close to the wonderfull beaches and nice local shops.

Christophe is very helpfull host, contact with him and arranged arrival very smooth. Bottle of cider and cookies for the welcome and croissants and baguette for his visit were very kind.

We definitely recommend the property and would love to come back for another relaxing holidays.

Une ravissante maison bretonne extrêmement bien équipée, chaleureuse et parfaite pour nos 7 convives.

Superbement située, proche des commerces, et à quelques centaines de mètres de la mer, équipée d'une place de parking.

Avec un hôte des plus accueillant : bouteille de cidre et fleurs nous attendaient, toujours disponible et à l'écoute, qui nous a donné de bons conseils sur les commerces alentours.

Vélos mis à disposition pour profiter du bord mer.

Je ne saurais que vous conseiller de profiter de ce lieu chaleureux, bien aménagé, avec son petit jardin bien protégé.

A ne manquer sous aucun prétexte pour une semaine de repos et de visite de la Bretagne.

Our grown up family two couples, two adult singles and 7 month old grandson spent a magical week in this walled garden house. We crossed to St. Malo by Brittany ferries which was a relaxing journey in its own right. Our host was very attentive and gave us a lovely welcome with tea and croissants on arrival. The house is old but newly fitted with every modern appliance. We loved Parame with its market on Saturdays and Wednesdays, the local shops particularly the fishmonger behind the church. We drove locally to Dinan, Dinard , St. Malo and Cancale for some interesting sightseeing but mainly ate 'en famile' and enjoyed the amazing beach. Oh and the surprise bicycles even got used! This was a special holiday which we will always treasure.

Tout est parfait! le propriétaire est très attentionné , de gentilles attentions.

Les adresses de professionnels étaient au "top" particulièrement pâtisserie Bouvier qui s'est pliée en quatre pour satisfaire notre demande!!

Le marché de Paramé, très bien achalandé,le café crêperie face à la mairie.

Je ne peux tous les citer .des petites cartes sont à nôtre disposition dans le logis.

Beautifully restored house, spotlessly clean; & lovely garden. Also in a great location - close to neighbourhood shops & a short walk to the beach.

Versteckt hinter hohen Mauern, aus deren Fugen blühende Blumen wachsen, fanden wir unser Feriendomizil. Ein für die Region typisches Haus, das uns, 4 Erwachsene, sofort mit seinem Charme empfing. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Raumaufteilung ließ viel Freiraum zu, was jedoch bei 8 Personen eng werden könnte. Für uns, wie gesagt, war alles optimal. Hier merkt man, das der Vermieter alles mit Liebe eingerichtet hat. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und man kann sich ungestört zurückziehen. Der Stadtteil Parame bietet alles was man zum Leben braucht, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Standort ist ideal für Entdeckungstouren zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Mont St. Michel, Cancale, Dinan usw., sowie natürlich auch Saint Malo mit seiner historischen Altstadt. Der Golfer findet viele wunderschöne Plätze in der nahen Umgebung.

Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in Saint Malo,

Ein wirklich sehr hübsches, typisch bretonisches Häuschen mitten im beschaulichen Vorort Paramé vor den Toren von St. Malo. Wir sind mit 2 Familien eingefallen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Eines der sauberen und von Grund auf neu renovierten Badezimmer ist nur durch ein Durchgangszimmer zu erreichen, womit wir uns aber gut arrangieren konnten. Ein sonniger Vorhof und der kleine Hintergarten werden von einer über mannshohen Mauer eingefasst, so dass man trotz (klein)städtischer Umgebung sehr für sich sein kann. Alles was man braucht, kann man zu Fuß in benachbarten Geschäften besorgen, eine durch den extrem hohen Tidenhub ständig sich verändernde Strandpromenade ist in 10 Minuten ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Christophe ist ein sehr aufmerksamer, unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns mit zahlreichen Tipps auch zur Umgebung und mit -leicht verdaulichen - Grundkenntnissen der örtlichen Historie bestens auf unsere Erkundungstouren vorbereitete. Zudem wohnt er direkt gegenüber in einem denkmalgeschützten und seit langem im Familienbesitz befindlichen Schmuckstück. Schön war´s und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt, der auch ganz in der Nähe wohnt.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und hübsch renoviert. Wir waren mit drei Kindern und zwei Erwachsenen dort und der Platz war wirklich ausreichend. Die Küche bietet eine gute Ausstattung. Zu Fuß kann man viele Geschäfte bequem erreichen und der Markt am Mittwoch und Samstag war klasse.

Maison très agréable et très bien rénovée. Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte. Personne très sympathique et facile d'accès. La maison est idéalement située dans le centre de Paramé tout en étant très privative. Un bonheur pour se reposer et découvrir Saint-Malo et ses environs.
