Featuring mountain views, Villa Emma is located in Mavilly-Mandelot, 12 km from Hospices Civils de Beaune. It is located at 12 minutes by car from Beaune, a very important tourist area with five 5 stars hotels, all type of shops and many restaurants, including Michelin stars. At 20 minutes from our house there is the "Lameloise 3 stars Michelin restaurant and by the end of this year, at Pommard, at 7 Km from our home, there will be 2 new (remodeled chateaux) 5 star hotels with restaurants. The key tourist attraction of this region is everything concerning the world of wine. There are many wine cellars for wine tasting and even oenological courses. Our host is available to give advice for our guests, to propose where to visit or where to have lunch in the vineyards.

Bicycle ridings in the area is a very popular activity (we can provide electrical bicycles) as well as hot air balloon excursions. Starting in June, there are numerous music festivals including concerts with musicians of the NY MET. The monastery of "Clos de Vougeot" ( at 34 km from our home) is another very important site.  With much time in advance, we can even propose to our guest concerts at the so called "Musique et Vin" as well as participating at the very prestigious chapitres of the "Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin". Being myself a member, I can make the arrangements in advance. At 12 Km there is a 18 hole golf club (at Levernois) and at 4km an equestrian center.

The boulangerie is called "Gagnepain" and is across the street of our home. It is very famous in our area for its artisanal exclusive old style baking (delicious warm breads and croissants every morning).
According to the wishes of the clients, we can provide a maid  and regarding the cooking we can arrange different traiteurs that can provide high standard menus delivered at the house.
