Le Val - is a beautiful canal side farmhouse which is nestled in a quiet hamlet. The house retains many original features including beams and a traditional Breton fireplace and feature trough. A walled garden runs alongside the Nantes-Brest canal. The location is ideal for walking biking and boating and watching the abundant wildlife.

The house is chestnut beamed, spacious open ground floor with wood burning fire, satellite TV with DVD player and midi-system. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, electric oven and gas hob. The washing machine is housed next to the WC downstairs. Upstairs is light and spacious with 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite with shower and the other bathroom is family sized. Downstairs step through the french windows to the semi-shaded patio, covered with a sweet smelling rose and find the built in BBQ. The pool is found by walking across the large lawn, where next to the pool we have a multi-gym and terraced sun deck, all south facing.
