Aux Pieds des Vignes is a bright and spacious home in the heart of the wine village of Autignac. The property is set on a quiet street and can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a private pool and garden. The house features a private sunny back garden with a pool, patio with dining table and sun loungers. The courtyard patio has a large barbecue and dining table/chairs, great for al fresco dining.
Amenities are closeby, we are just a 2 minute stroll from the local café and bakery, next to the town's historic 17th century church. Autignac has a bakery, bar/café, epicerie, post office, pharmacy and a small supermarket (a larger supermarket is 6 miles by car).
In addition, there is a weekly visiting fish/shellfish vans from the coast, cheese and pizza vans, plus a butchers van.
ACCOMMODATION:
Our home is fully equipped with all kitchen and living amenities including stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, Wifi, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and radio (iPod ready).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed. Bedroom number 2 has two twin beds.
Downstairs off the courtyard is a completely renovated guest house/bedroom with 2 bunk beds and brand new bath facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin.
Barbecue, plus indoor and outdoor dining areas and private pool.
